2. Boiling disinfection: After washing the tableware, put it in a large pot and add tap water. The depth of the water should cover the tableware. Boil it with fire, continue to boil for 30 minutes after the pot boils, and it can be used after it cools naturally.
3. Dishwasher disinfection: The dishwasher is a cleaning and disinfection machine that is convenient and practical. It should be noted that the disinfection time and temperature must be strictly followed to ensure the disinfection effect.
4. Disinfection in a disinfection cabinet: Put the tableware in the disinfection cabinet and run it for 15 to 20 minutes.
5. Drug disinfection: Tableware that is not resistant to high temperatures, especially beer utensils, will burst and deform when exposed to heat. They can be soaked in disinfectants such as bleaching powder, chloramine, and potassium permanganate. When soaking, be sure to pay attention to the liquid medicine must not cover the tableware; the concentration of the liquid medicine must be in accordance with the regulations. Ordinary tableware uses 0.5% bleaching powder clarified liquid; hepatitis patients' tableware uses 3% bleaching powder clarified liquid; the soaking time must be sufficient, generally 15 to 30 minutes; after soaking, rinse with clean water, preferably with running water.
6. Sunlight ultraviolet disinfection Sunlight ultraviolet rays have a strong bactericidal ability. If the above method cannot be used, you can also wash the tableware and expose it to the sun for more than 40 minutes, which can play a role in disinfection and sterilization. When drying, be careful not to be contaminated by dust and mosquitoes and flies.
7. Restaurant tableware disinfection method The commonly used tableware disinfection method in restaurants is boiling disinfection. One is to put the tableware in boiling water and boil it for more than 1 minute. The second is steam disinfection. Put the washed tableware in a well-sealed steam box, keep the box at 95℃, and steam for 15 minutes.
